Line a Swiss roll tin wIth puff pastry. Fry onion and a tin of Princess corned beef with a 2 potatoes mashed together add squashed clove of garlic and a dash of mixed herbs. Lay mixture on top of puff pastry and grate a good amount of cheese on top then decorate with a few tomatoes.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes on high setting of 210 degrees Fahrenheit.
