1)Chop an onion and boil for 5 minutes. Drain well.
2) Add to hot or cold mashed potato and a tin of Princes corned beef.Mix well.
3) Heat some oil in a large frying pan and cook until piping hot and slightly crispy underneath. Serve with beetroot or a dollop of brown sauce.
