Chop a can or corned beef into a bowl. Add a small finely chopped onion and a tsp of chilli powder to taste. Mix well together. Shape into bitesize balls. Dip into whisked egg and cover well. Roll balls into some semolina until well coated. Shallow fry for 2-3 mins until crispy and golden. Serve on a nice fresh green salad with a mild chilli sauce dressing.
