Crispy Corned Beef Hash


500kg Maris Piper
340 kg Princes Corned Beef
1 Large onion
1 large tin tomatoes
Tablespoon tomato puree
Salt & Pepper
Packet of crisps

Cut potatoes into one inch cubes and add to boiling water for 5 minutes and drain. Fry onion in knob of butter until soft and add potatoes. add large tin tomatoes, tomato puree and corned beef cut into bite sized cubes. Simmer gently until sauce thickens and season with salt and pepper. Put into ovenproof dish and top with crushed crisps (and grated cheese if you want to go mad!). Place under grill until crispy
