Corned beef pasty

 
 

Lightly fry chopped onions & par boiled potatoes, season with salt & pepper & add chopped tomatoes, leave to cool. Roll out a circle of flaky pastry, about the size of a tea plate & put mixture on one side of pastry & seal. Can use a pinch of paprika in mixture.
