1 can Princes Corned beef cut in cubes
3 lge potatoes, cut in cubes, part boil.
Slice 1 lge onion
200mls Beef Stock
add potato and brown slightly
add corned beef, fry another minute.
Add stock cook out till liquid almost gone.
Add teaspoon of mixed italian herbs and fresh parsley (Chopped).
Serve on plate, grate chees on top and grill until melted.
Serve with a fried egg on top.
