fry some red onions in butter and once soft place on the bottom of an oven proof dish. Boil some potatoes and once cool slice them. Cover the onions with a tin (or 2) of baked beans and corned beef and cover with slices of potato. Optional extra is some grated cheese on top. Bake in oven until the potato has crisped (and the cheese has bubbled).
